Ray,
The amount you have set for the convention is low in my opinion. I think
the Registration fee should be raised to about 30.00 and any extras,
such as the t-shirt should be paid by the participants. I think anyone
traveling to Portland from somewhere else would not mind paying this
amount. But if anything you should consider having the t-shirts as a
separate item.

Hi,

As the Convention Registration form now stands the t-shirt is included
in the registration price.  I was thinking today though that the fee
wasn't high enough to cover t-shirt, lunch, room, and handouts.

I am interested in your opinion. Should I charge a per t-shirt price for
those that want one or raise the registration fee by $5 to cover the
cost
so everyone gets a t-shirt?

For now the t-shirt is included.
