[PSUBS-MAILIST] convention t-shirt fee question

Hi,

As the Convention Registration form now stands the t-shirt is included
in the registration price.  I was thinking today though that the fee
wasn't high enough to cover t-shirt, lunch, room, and handouts.

I am interested in your opinion. Should I charge a per t-shirt price for
those that want one or raise the registration fee by $5 to cover the cost
so everyone gets a t-shirt?

For now the t-shirt is included.
