     Thank you very much for your efforts.  I will mail the $5 tomorrow.  
Would you please place my friend Chris Bradley on your list for one of the 
remaining unreserved copies?  Although he is not a pSubber, his father 
Robert Bradley was a diver who died in 1973.  Busby gave him a full page 
in-memorium on page ii and Chris would very much like a copy.  Please email 
me if he makes your final list as he will be using my U.S. mailing address 
also, (he lives in Victoria, B.C., Canada.)
