Hmm,.... in Minesota it could be usefull to have a common test chamber... :-)

Maybe some off the PSUBbers have there home in a rocky environment.. then the can dig a test chamber ...

A test chamber has oe advantage over a sub hull  --  inner Presure !!!  So the good old Propan tank is still in focus now....

Maybe somewere a old plant is pull down and you can get the boiler ....

But there is one big remaining problem indeed :  You need a very large hatch to put in the test vessel and this hatch close AGAINST the inner pressure so you will need a bajonet hatch

By the way ... every body how knows something about railway tanks ???
