User: who is actually operating the sub, charterer, owner, borrower
builder: who put together the sub from parts and equipment
manufacturer, i meant manufacturer of parts and components.
you can find in many of marine grade equipment suppliers, ignition proof
equipment: pumps. lamps, switches, whatever. Use of non ignition proof
equipment in explosive environment (engine room, gas tank compartment, H or
O2 tanks trunks) is prohibited by ABS and related certifying agrencies. That
would make huge liability to builder in case of accident.
it is a non sens however to put any radiating power source or unprotected
current source in an explosive environment.
What could happen will happen. under certain conditions a microwave can
ignate fuel vapors.
with such label it is true that only user is liable in any situations other
than labelled.
good idea
