In this ligious society you would have to be nuckin' futs to build a
submersible for someone or for general sale. The first time something
happened and someone was injured or killed (and it WILL happen), the first
suit the ambulance chasers will file will be against you the builder.
Whether you are at fault or not isn't relevant, to them. You are just
another target to get milked of money.
Just look at some of the BS lawsuits that have been filed from the Sept. 11
attacks in NY...
Sad but thats the way it is,
