It seems to me that the idea of buying a Russian sub and then 
expecting to actually sail in it is pretty far-fetched.  As 
far as I can tell, the best thing to do with it is either to
set it up as a residence or -- as I have seen on a webpage I
once found -- as a restaurant.  

How much oil would it take just to turn over the engines?
