Hi DJ,

I only got over to San Francisco a dozen times or so in 38 years. If you
can avoid driving there then advoid it. On the weekends and during rush hour
(really hourssss, like 6-10am and 3-6pm) the traffic is horrible.
Especially since the 1989 quake weakened the bayshore freeway to the point
they tore it down. The bridge toll alone from the East Bay is $2 a car.
The Golden Gate Bridge Toll is $3 a car. Expect to pay at least $10 for
parking. And more traffic will be a confused snail pace.

Take BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) from the East Bay and Muni once there.
