Hi Carl,

The freeway infrastructure wouldn't hold the weight of the truck big
enough to carry a Typhoon. Let alone the Typhoon itself. I can just see
it sinking into the first overpass it comes to. :)

And the greenies around here would freak if a nuclear submarine showed up
in their local fishing hole. :)

P.S. My mail was just trying to put a scope on what could be reasonably 
     called a personal submersible. If you have a sub that exceeds 
     these guidelines and want to bring it. Bring it. 
     
     Anybody considering bringing a RPV or human powered sub? We can get 
     them wet for the fun of it. However for the first Reggatta I would 
     say the focus is on electric powered subs. We are just too new to
     try to be all to end all for every class of PSUB.
