HI Phil:

When I picked the VIP up from you, I did not ask, you volentiered
to answer questions that I might have to get it finished, why did you
change to the outside balast tanks and how much better are they?
Do you fasten them to the rub rail and then fiberglass them to the 
hull and rub rail, and do you put enough layers of glass to use them 
as steps?
