Hi John,

When looking at your sketch, it seems that the outside of the rods would be
in contact with sea water, leading to a circuit, and electrolyzing the sea
water. Can you comment on how these rods would be isolated outside the hull?
It seems that cables running through a "normal" penatrator would work better
with regard to this issue.
