My defintion..

A psub is a manned vessel, with a wet or dry
crew, able to dive into the sea and at least 
to surface one time and with own power. The 
crew should have fun and must survive this 
event at least 24 hours. It must be owned by 
a private person(s) for non commercial porpose.
