What is the working definition of "psub"?  

On the one hand, the Nautilus was Captain Nemo's "personal" submarine - that
is, he owned the thing.  (Great book.  Useless amusement park ride.  Silly
silly movie - Kirk Douglas in a stripey shirt singing with a squeezebox, yuck.)

On the other hand, I had thought that a psub meant something closer to a
minisub, a sub for one person, or for just a few.  Maybe I have the wrong idea.
 Maybe the term is best left undefined!

Just asking.
