Yes - it is Busby page 68

According to N.Gierschner "Tauchboote" page 270 

VIP - 
Was build by Underwater Servive Corp. and 
under construction in 1971/72.

- Dive deep was given with 150 Meter (490 feet)
- 1 Pilot and 1 mate
- Livesupport for 48 hours
- 8 windows
- no manipulator
- lead batteries
- speed max 4 knots

On Busby it is marked on the hull : 

Underwater Service Corp.
        VIP
Commercial Divers Inc.
   Portland Ore. 
    since 1937
