It is and it isn't in Busby. On page 68 there's a rather eclectic series of
un-captioned sub shots, which are not mentioned in the text. This sub is one
of those. Interestingly it had a different configuration, with two big
battery boxes that are now gone, and without the ballast tanks that are now
apparently in the process of being added. But it certainly looks like the
same boat, as the paint scheme is complete, name and all.
