That's a pipe bender, not a pipe roller. To make round rings out of pipe you need a set of rollers that make a continuous bend, till the two ends touch. It's
much more of a machine than it takes to just make a bend.
Good find though, but be careful picking machines out of a bargain catalogue. You seldom get more than you pay for and most times your lucky to get that.
About that sub designed from pipe rings;
I was wondering if the forces, fore and aft, would cause it to have a lot of flex. Kinda like a diving accordion, isn't it?
With no straight steel going lengthwise, wouldn't failure from compressive forces running fore and aft pushing on the sides of each pipes and flexing the welds be
a concern?
