I am compiling the list.

It is probably a good idea to just e-mail it to everyone that wants
to be on the list.  If we put it up on a web page, inevitably, someone's
'bot' will track it down, grab all of the e-mail addresses off of it,
then before we know it we'll all be on another CDROM of 10-million e-mail
addresses (as if we aren't already).

I can also handle mailing it out to everyone that is on the list.
