Hi Phil,

Thanks.  Alec and I are also trying to find the other specs about what ABS
requires and USCG expects, but it's just for drill, since we aren't trying
to get our hulls certified.  (Well, I'm not and I don't think he is.)

Not urgent, but you don't happen to have Table UW-12 for Division 1 Vessels,
or AF-221 for Division 2 Vessels laying around, do you?
