What are the correct lighting requirements for non-military submarines to comply with the collision regulations? I seem to recall that the international regs only specify that the lights conform to a motor vessel of equivalent size while on the surface, but I think that Canada, the USA and other regions may have specific additional requirements, much like ACV's.
