I wonder about a battery using salt water reacting with two different metal
plates would produce enough power to be used on a submarine. I don't know
what gases if any it would give off. I think it could not be recharged. The
current would flow as long as the metal plates reacted with the saltwater.
When the plates were ate away and didn't produce a charge could you just
replace the plates with new ones and a fresh saltwater solution?
Any thoughts?
David
