I recently purchased 10 pieces of Acrylic G (Cyro GP, I think),
from Interstate Plastics here in Austin, TX.  This is the type
recommended by Greg Cottrell.

The approximate sizes and prices are below:

9" x 9" square, 1.25" thick  $16.02
6" x 6" square, 1.00" thick  $ 2.87
16" x 16" square, 2.00" thick $67.85


These are square pieces that I'll be machining
to fit my viewports, so if you order round pieces,
they'll likely be more expensive.

ps.  I finished machining my first viewport frame this morning
     at about 4am.  We're knee-deep in metal chips, but still
