Hi Stuart, welcome here..

Its a good idear first to surf some hours in the Psubs.org Archive
files. 
There is a hell of information in it, unfortunatly sometimes with wrong
headlines..
Look for headlines like pressure hull, domes, thruster etc. to get an
early overview. 

Have you a thickness for the 4ft pipe ? It is a new or a second hand
pipe ? 
Do you want to build a single or double seater ?
