Well, that's exactly right- and that solved my other problem, which was
providing access to the interior of the ballast tank, where the propane bottles
 will be mounted- the use of the bladder means that the hatches can be simple
panels with no need for watertightness. Otherwise, I was looking at some real
inconvenience....
