[PSUBS-MAILIST] Another homebuilt from the 60s



This is from the February 1968 Popular Mechanics, page 138.

The caption of the one photo:  "A Briton's one-man, homemade
submarine sails wit hits portholes just below water level and
it conning tower protruding above the surface.  The builder, 
Douglas Price of Bishops Sutton, says it has a range of
5000 miles."

What it looks like is a clone of a Biber.
