Actually, in the past, I've been asked to clarify the reason for my P. O. Box address by other people at PSUBS who are interested in contributing to (or ordering copies of) my forthcoming HOMEBUILT SUBMARINES VIDEO. And, some have subsequently thanked me for providing information about our "personal friend" (an experienced submariner with whom they wish to communicate). Thus, sharing this with the group (to reach those who may also be wondering without voicing their concerns) seems appropriate to me.
