A tape about the University of Ohio's submarine project by Brian Frackleton's group arrived today, and will be featured in the HOMEBUILT SUBMARINES VIDEO.   These young folks tackled the problem of designing and building a working submersible, and what they achieved is really quite remarkable.  They've been featured on the TV news, honored by the US Navy with a ride aboard a nuclear submarine, and serve as an inspiration to all those contemplating building their own subs.  We need more like 'em!
