	Though of different scope, a possibly interesting reference can be
had at the National Academy Press. They have a 'Openbook' policy, which
allows you to view the entirety of many titles on-line. They have a study
on the safety in tourist submesibles, and the National Research Council
study on undersaea vehicles. Just hit their web page and type
'submersibles' into the search engine!
