Someone copied it out of "Build your own Underwater Robot" and put it up on a 
website, I found it and got all the parts I needed (except a battery charger 
for the batteries, which aren't small), made a modification to the design 
(which may or may not be so great) and will finish the thing up some time 
tonight after the epoxy has finished curing and I can rotate the pontoons 
into place and hook up all the wiring to the motors. After the motors have 
been sealed (real high tech system, wax and vaseline) and attached then I can 
test it in my bathtub (I've got to hand it to ROVs, if you get FUBAR'd then 
you don't drown) and later in someones swimming pool.

As soon as I can I will take some pictures and give them to whoever wants 
them.
