I used a modified idea that George gave in the plans..Basically it is a
screw on cap on the end of the shaft, squeezing a 1/8" thick delrin washer,
a 1/4 inch thick rubber washer, and another 1/8 thick delrin washer. All of
these washers have small holes for the wires, etc to go through them, and
when they are squished, it seals very well..
I think I have some pictures of them, Ill see if I do, and send them in. It
might help explain it better
