Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Questions, questions and more questions
"What in the world for?", he asks....WELL, to
quote a great movie I saw once, "Please allow me to
retort!"
Had I KNOWN there was a pressure gauge with a 0-5
volt analong signal, and had I KNOWN about the proper
"interface", and if I was FAMILIAR, much less
COMFORTABLE, with embedded systems(is this similar to
solid state electronics?) then I would obviously use
the Basicx serial LCD with eight Panavista Technicolor
friggin' channels and some kind of analog/digital
converter thingy! But alas, I must plead ignorance
for now, and hope the other members of Psubs will
allow their runnething-over cup of knowledge to drip
onto my ever-thirsting brain.
You're right. I TOTALLY shoulda thought of that.
Fish finders. Huh, what WAS I thinkin'? I'm glad I
can go to work in the morning and fix cars for people
who don't know how to fix them themselves...I spent 13
hrs at work today, I just got home, and I'm grouchy.
I'm going to go have a beer. Don't take this too
seriously tho, I mean this email in a poke fun kinda
way. Hope you see my point. :) Peace
Nuge
