Just read in the paper that Columbian police uncovered a half completed
35 meter submarine that was going to be used for drug trafficking. 
Talk about having a set of brass ones!  That's quite the project to
keep under wraps.  Apparently, they (drug cartels?) had hired Russian
engineers with previous experience building submarines (Kursk?) for the
project.  The vehicle would have covertly transported over 200 tons of
cocaine.
