Re: [PSUBS-MAILIST] Painting my submarine...

I hope not too many concerned people were around at the time.  I have a mental image of raised eyebrows and symtoms of cognitive dissonance bringing about anxiety, depression, and anger.
Sorry, I just attended an Albert Ellis workshop Monday.  Oh my God this guy is superb.  He is just halarious and very much thought-provoking.  He is a living legend and must be at least 80 years-old.  If he ever comes to your town, go and see him!
BTW, if ever in Columbus, OH. go to German Village for lunch at Max & Erma's.  The potato skins and Long Island iced tea are fabulous.

Big Dave

I lost ten pounds of bodyweight yesterday just painting the Nautilus!  It was a hot day; and the instructions on the paint can read: "for best results, put on two coats"; so I did: a field jacket and a parka.
