Hey Guys,

On eBay (UNDERWATER VIDEO) over the past few months I've seen several
different small 12-volt underwater camera / monitor rigs that look like they
could be just what you're looking for.  Haven't actually tested any of them;
and I can't say how good they are; but you might want to check out this
source for possible leads.
