Not that I know of. Phil Nuytton iced himself to a hull once when moisture 
froze in the vehicle. He has more experience in the Great White North than 
anybody I ever heard of so might have an answer. In the North Sea, right up 
to the North Atlantic, we just put on a jacket over the waffle undies, 
flannel shirt, wool shirt combinations that we wore. We were always very 
fashion conscious, of course, and were very careful to color coordinate. We 
heated water for the divers but it cost the earth in power, so the drivers, 
who had the luxury of being dry at least, just pulled on the mukluks.
