[PSUBS-MAILIST] Question on navigation/propulsion

I want to use to laterally mounted trolling motors on
my psub design so that I can turn left or right by
activated one at a time and don't have to mess with a
rudder. If both are mounted horizontally and can pivot
up and down, will they also be sufficient to change
depth(assuming neutral boyancy)? If anyone understands
what I mean, your advice would be greatly appreciated.
