I don't know a particular manufacturer, but I can suggest some trees for you
to bark up. Try searching for access hatches for process tanks. The kind of
thing that's welded into the monster stainless tanks that you might find in
a brewery, winery or dairy. I think "manway" is a key word. The guys that
make hyperbaric chambers or hydrostatic test tanks may have something that
works for you. All these tanks are internal pressure vessels, but a lot of
the access hatches are built to swing inboard. - Joe
