I have the builder's prints for the C-class (U.S.) boat, and on
my Christmas list is the plans for the O-class.  You can
order them from the U.S. National Archives.  They'll sell
you the plans for any ship built before 1940.  It costs
about 10 dollars a sheet.

I don't have the contact information any more, but I'll
dig it up in the next couple of days.
