Your message was obviously made to make the rest of us drool........
Phil, you've got the contacts, who was spying on the America's Cup racing
yachts in San Diego in 95 ? Apparently mini subs were used, contact me off
line if you know something :-)
Do you think there could be a limited commercial use for a min-sub here in
NZ or the South Pacific. Obviously we don't have NASA to drop things in the
sea and say FETCH ! But we do have some coastal oil drilling, the odd body
in the sea to look for ( generally not a shooting victim but just as dead !)
and another America's Cup to observe...............
My point is, I would like to have a commercial angle to a challenging and
rewarding way of life, and a really good reason to build a sub.Yeah, OK, it
must have it's down side.
I would appreciate your comments.
