Thanks Phil. As to the black, I was saying that the regular dark gray turned black when water got underneath and started the nasty. It happened around the P5 ports after a longish sit in the Houston office and we had to clean the coating to metal and redo the resin. The technique didn't like sharp corners too well, did it? Vance
