Hey guys, I'm thinking about buying this island (Lime Cay). Anyone familiar 
with the waters of the eastern coast of Nicaragua? It's 3 miles from shore 
and a little (lot isolated), but I thought that I'd open up a dive resort. 
I'm primarily worried about hospital and medical care. Even though my wife 
is a Nurse, the nearest hospital is like 3 hrs away. The nearest town is 1 
hr 45 min, by boat. If it wouldn't be a go dive resort, I think it would be 
a good investment, assuming the Sandanistas don't get me, ha.
