Wade, I would deffinitely include compensation for torque induced roll. 
Counter rotating propellers would be nice, but I don't think you guys have 
time for that, nor money. In my sub design, i have side by side jet pumps 
rotating in opposite directions.  I would suggest weights slightly off 
center to compensate for torque. This will help steering when you are under 
power. We use Microstation at work. I would have preferred AutoCad, 
but.....Suds
