Stan, it is the same race.  I'd love to see some of the pictures you might
have.  Unfortunately, due to funding problems and the fact that we have no
past members on the team, we are looking more for something functional than
spectacular.  Although, it's not my section I would also be interested in
hearing any advice on ballast systems and what would be effective.
Additionally, our assumption thus far is that roll will not be a significant
difficulty and any variations in roll can be corrected by weight
distribution (e.g. moment caused by propeller).  Initially, I thought it
would be foolish not to include some sort of provision for roll control, but
I was voted down by the other members.  Any thoughts there?
