Long time since we heard from you!  Glad you are doing well.
By the way, how does that work?  I mean buying land in another country.  Do
you really own it?  Do you have to be a citizen to own property?  I was
always under the impression that the U.S. was one of the only places in the
world that it was possible to buy land and not be a citizen.  Just curious.

Hey, get Dave Buchner busy designing a solar power system.  And what about
fresh water?  Might have to get a still to condense some from seawater.
While we're at it reserve the back 5 acres for maize.  Might need some
alcohol for generating electricity on the cloudy days....
