This is what that "Rain-X" car window stuff does, I think. Same type of thing? A clear liquid you rub on and buff like wax?

They would interfere with the view, and waste amps, but I find myself curious anyway for some dumb reason -- is there some kind of resistor-foil or stencil-on semiconductive paint available in a convenient form? Seems like there'd be something out there, perhaps in old-car-fan land, for retrofitting defoggers to the windows of older vehicles?
