Where are you, Dan?
Atlantic Highlands is the home of Simon Lake, who built subs in NJ a
century
ago. A replica of Argonaut Jr is on display there.
The idea of connecting with a high-end technical high school is great.
Perhaps
their equipment and their staff might be borrowed for construction, and
in
return we'd explain submarines to the students.

Along this line, think about associating a PSubs get-together with a boat
show, even if the only connection is a similarity of timing. All of us
like
boat shows, even if the boats can merely float on top.
Wherever it is, I'll need a ride.
