I'd be there - as long as by "central location" you mean somewhere in the
Delaware-Maryland-Virginia area!  I'll even bring my sub, an easy thing to do
since it exists only in my mind - awaiting funding.  Guess I better start
redirecting my retirement investments toward buying lottery tickets...
