Hi Vance,

The first report on the news I heard was about a year ago and if I remember
correctly, it was the Discovery 1000.

I'd like to know more about the project myself and will let you know when I
find out more details.
I live in the opposite end of the country and nearby is the Poor Knights
Islands which is a popular dive spot and a marine reserve. It has the
potential for a similar project.
There is a flow of tropical water that sweeps down the coast and makes for
some unusual but spectacular diving.
