Sorry for the delay, we have been really busy with the project. Attached are
some photos of the tank test model of the VAS. The pressure hull is complete
and certified as well as the hydrodynamic envelope. Assembly will take place
in Jan.. I will be sending you additional pictorials as they are edited. We
also built a wire frame for the seating and wiring of the pressure hull. This
saved us over two months construction time. Something to think about if you
ever are asked. We were able to do all the wiring and plumbing while the
pressure hull was still in pieces at the weld shop. I will send you those

The VAS 525 SL MK2 is a diver lock-out submersible with a depth rating of
525fsw. The pressure hull is a ASME PVHO steel vessel, while the
hydrodynamic envelope is constructed of a composite sandwich.The vessel is
being built for a private owner as a yacht tender. The vehicle will be
capable of five total crew in 3 in pilot compartment, 2 in lockout or visa
versa. The vehicle will be rigged with a full navigational and communication
package as well as several item recovery systems.
