Designed at University of Hawaii but shipped to Washington State and stored it outside. Water leaked into the interior through a worn tarp. Hull is welded steel and has been x-rayed but no paperwork. Designed for 36V electrical system, motors and pumps. Endurance 4 hours at 4 knots. Pulpulsion is with 6 electrical motors. 2 fixed in stern and 4 in rotatable pods. The two stern motors are still there. The motors in the pods are gone.
Battery pods designed to seperate from hull with explosive bolts. Viewports still wrapped in original protective paper. Seals not stored well and all will have to be replaced.
