My pressure hull is cast of 356 T6 aluminum and is 1 1/4 inches thick at the toes and near 5 inches thick near the entrance. The cast hemispherical viewport is 2 in thick and tested to 1350 psi or 3000 fsw with a safety factor of seven times the design pressure. A very sleek hydro shell covers everything with the exception of the viewport. The pressure hull is 73 inches long, 33 inches wide, and under 3 feet tall at the apex of the viewport. I am 6'4'' and weigh 215 lbs and fit quiet comfortably inside. I plan to test it this spring in San Antonio's Southwest Research Institute (SWRI). for more info and pictures go to: PSUBSRUS
